For All The Students

Many wants to pass an examination. It feels good if you will get high grades in your worst subject. Many wants to pass, but are they doing something to achieve their goal?

In this society, many are lazy, advantage-taker and the worst of it, they are always depending on what other people will give to them. An example of it, the cheaters.

When there is an upcoming examination, they will promise to themselves that they will pass it, schedule the time on when will they have to review, but this schedule will be rescheduled and be rescheduled until the last minute, so they will review hurriedly. Don't they know that this is not a good way of reviewing? Because of being in hurry, your mind burst up rushing without knowing that nothing is coming into your mind.

Some says, "Bahala na si Batman!" In fact, almost of the students tend to say this whenever they are in hurry, not only in school but almost everywhere. As a matter of fact, this, named Batman, can't do anything for you to pass an examination, he won't help you in answering because he doesn't totally exist.

"STOCK KNOWLEDGE."

      -----  these are the things you want to remember on what you've learned and heard before.

Many use this as an excuse. As what you can see on the photo. They made STOCK KNOWLEDGE as their excuse. "Ang tunay na genius di nagrereview, STOCK KNOWLEDGE lang" and "No need to review, stock knowledge will do." STOCK KNOWLEDGE is not the basement of being a genius. Based on my experience, my classmates prefer to say this, but they don't know what to answer in an exam. As a contradiction to this quote, others tell to them, "May STOCK KNOWLEDGE nga ba?"

     ---- in this contrary, those people who are trying to tell this have their own meaning on it. 

At the first place, people by now (not all) are lazy listening to what their instructors are talking about. Nothing comes to their mind, because they don't listen. Some are sleeping without being noticed by the instructor, some talk to their seatmates and some do other things that are not connected with the subject taken. If this is what those people who contradict to the lazy people quote means then one can conclude that they don't have any stock knowledge. Isn't it?

"DEPENDENCY."

       ---- the state of relying on or being controlled by someone or something else.

 "Andyan naman si ano ehh, tanong tanong nalang."

 "Kaliwa't-kanan ang paglingon, para makapasa."

Most commonly used quote of some students who weren't prepared in an exam. This is where dependency begins. Many depend on the other, who reviewed a lot for him to pass. When someone is about to copy, some thinks for the right thing to do, they won't let him to copy his answers, what is on his mind is, "I studied hard for me to pass, so he'd better to do it the same way." --- something that a property of someone of being WISE. Well, though they might get angry at you, this is still the right thing to do. In fact, what they are doing is what they know what is right and they only want you not to be lazy especially in studying. They don't want you to be dependent. Some tolerate it, just because they don't want them to be angry, that's why they always think, "No need to review, I have someone to depend on." ---- A wrong doing that a student is thinking.

"THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE INSTRUCTOR."

Some, who fail to a subject, blame their instructors. Some of their reasons are: low volume of voice which made us sleepy, we can't understand what he/she is talking about, he/she can't get our attention while he/she is discussing. But, who thinks that these reasons are satisfiable? No one would ever be satisfied if it was just your reason, they will just contradict you in this way, "If you really want to learn something, you'll do whatever."

"INSANITY"

In this kind of situation, where people do things again and again, comes the word INSANITY.

Many do this, they expect varied results in just doing one thing. Impossible, isn't it? To have different effects, there should also be different causes. This comes to the way a person studies, he always makes one way, CHEATING, on how he will pass. What if, the only person who let you to copy his answers, lost his willingness to help you? Do you have another options? "BE PREPARED!" Prepared in a way that though they are not around, you can help yourself. That's a good student, the one who doesn't depend on anyone.

---- In order for you to pass, you should study by your own.
Don't expect:
Batman won't help you
Before you say, "Stock Knowledge will do" make sure you have it.
Don't be dependent on your classmate, be on your own.
Don't blame your instructors
and, Reap what you sow.

On whatever happens, on yourself is where you can depend, not to others, they might not help, but the best is to PRAY, God will always be there, in a way that He will help you to remember what you have reviewed.
